A clear view of production.
From order to aftercare.

Ascot Doors ran production planning and critical work-in-progress reporting from a spreadsheet. I built a system connecting capacity planning, technical drawings, workstation progress, dispatch, and aftercare.

THE DIFFERENCE

Live, accurate work-in-progress figures. Sales can see order progress directly, reducing calls to production for updates.

02 / MANUFACTURING & INSTALLATION

For Caravan Park Electrical Services, I replaced a single-row-per-project spreadsheet with an application connected to OPERA finance. Orders flow into detailed bills of materials, with drawings, photographs, and calibration records for assembled items.

THE DIFFERENCE

Connected manufacturing and shipment records, optimised picking lists, and QR labels for straightforward tracking. Further site and installation tracking is in development.

03 / PAYROLL & WORKER ONBOARDING

More capacity.
Less repetitive administration.

I built Orbital Hub to replace repetitive, manual worker onboarding. Workers submit their own information, while automated identity checks and AI-assisted document assessment progress routine applications and flag exceptions for the team.

Greater onboarding capacity without expanding the team to match. People spend their time on cases that need their attention.

All three are multilingual, cloud-based database applications. Built around real workflows, with accuracy, traceability, and growth in mind.

I’m Shaun. I’ve spent nearly 20 years turning complicated business requirements into software people use every day.

My title at Targeted is Director. In practice, I’m involved in everything it takes to find, shape, build, deliver, and support a project. Director, CTO, occasionally C3PO—whatever the job needs.

I’ve worked with global names including Estée Lauder and Coca-Cola. My best work often starts with an owner-managed business, or an operations team ready to make changes they’ve wanted for years.

I enjoy understanding how a business works, getting into the detail, and building something that makes a real difference to the people running it.
